Rabbi Mark presently works part-time at Washington Hospital Center and the DC V.A. hospital, as well as working for the Jewish Social Service Agency doing chaplaincy in Senior Residence Communities. Rabbi Raphael lives in Montgomery Village, MD with his wife Diane and his son Tali, who recently received his M.A. from University of Maryland.
We want to extend a very special thanks to our friend and devoted board member Rabbi Mark Rafael. He served on the HLPFF Executive Board for the past 3 years, and we must show our gratitude for his dedication and service. Although he had to step down from his position, his impact in the work HLPFF is doing, will still carry-on.
